Catering Specialist - Tupelo, MS

The Catering Specialist is the single source for all catering and special events in the Tupelo area.  The responsibilities include a mix of operations, management, and development.  Their main objective is to implement catering operations through each restaurant catering manager.

In addition, the Catering Specialist is responsible for being entrepreneurial and using resources creatively to develop new and existing clients by meeting and exceeding their needs.

Skills Summary:
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at many different levels.
• Be able to lead people on the proper catering procedures.
• Must have excellent organizational skills as well as follow through.
• Must possess strong leadership background
